Famous Tea House

Spring Water Hall (Chuen Shui Tang) founded in 1983, is a pretty famous tea house in Taiwan because it created world famous “Bubble black tea”, inheriting from its predecessor, “Yangsen Tea Shop”. The bubble black tea hereafter soon became a very popular term. Furthermore, in 1988 the hall presented "pearl milk tea“, rapidly capturing young people's taste once again. During several years, it influenced same business to release same products. Its charm blew from Taichung to the entire province and even popularly arrived Hong Kong, the mainland China and Southeast Asia. At present Spring Water Hall still uninterruptedly and deductively develops the possibilities of tea drinks, enlarging vision of tea field.
