International Tea Symposium 2023
In the face of the post-epidemic era and the changes in the production and consumption patterns of the international tea industry, Tea and Beverage Research Station (TBRS) has proposed a production and sales model for Taiwanese tea that focuses on "healthy, natural, and sustainable" development. TBRS pointed out that this year coincides with the 120th anniversary of its establishment, and the "International Tea Symposium 2023" was held at the Taiwan Hakka Tea Culture Center from April 25th to 26th. TBRS also launched a new version of Taiwanese tea flavor wheel that makes it easier for consumers to get started.
